I found this ad on Instagram and bought what I thought would be a great Christmas present for my younger nephews. Two weeks after purchase I had not received any update on shipping. I reached out to them and asked for a refund as the gift was intended for Christmas. On their website it states 30 day full refund. I requested a refund two weeks after purchase and they gave me the runaround with the same response that the product was on its way. Another week went by and the product still hadn’t made it I requested another refund and they gave me the same runaround.

Phone number is a fake Washington phone number. Cannot directly contact the store. Email responses to complaints are generic. Tracking number provided - shows shipment is from China, however tracking number cannot be located/doesn’t exist. Response email states to contact USPS or Chinese postal service but they have no record of tracking number. Product never received. Email correspondence continues to ask me to allow 5-7 days to reply to my emails.
