I attempted to order this jacket, online however my banking institution declined the transaction. Not thinking too much of it, as banks will decline activity that appears suspicious in nature.
A short time later, the actual owner reached out to me, via email explaining what happened with the transaction. I have NEVER had such thing happen to me, before. He was so kindhearted in his approach, while thoroughly outlining what I needed to do to clear the transaction. His efforts were tireless, yet efficient. Not only was he able to clear the transaction, he kept me informed throughout the entire process.
I was able to purchase my jacket, my exchange via email was nothing short of stellar and he even doubled checked that my order was correct. I thought I had ordered the jacket in white.
While these might seem like small gestures or just customer service practices, this is what keeps a customer’s business.
I can NOT wait for my jacket to arrive.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Qua-luxe
Now I know I should have listed to my instinct. I started to order the jacket and noticed when I reviewed the order it switched the size to small when I ordered large. There was an option to “decline offer” before submitting your order. Which I did decline the offer since I didn’t want a small. I did not submit my order. I contacted the company via email since they do not have an address or phone #. Wonder why? Only communication was via email and most of their responses were automated unless you had a valid question in their favor. The response I received from them was my order did go through and they said my order was a large. I told them I didn't want the jacket since I suspected their web site was not valid. To my shock when I checked my bank statement online, I was charged for 2 jackets and 2 jackets shipped, charging me for 2 jackets when I clearly didn't order 2. I received no order number (s) or any confirmation. Provided me with tracking information that was clearly coming from another country with no way of me tracking the order. (Total scam) I have disputed my charges with bank. I submitted my claim as fraud.
I know how 2 leather jackets that I don’t want. I am confident my bank will also realize this site is FRAUD 100%.
