I bought a Chanel necklace from them in the summer under the impression it was a real vintage Chanel piece. I can tell it’s fake because the pendant is plastic and there’s a line all the way around it connecting the front and back. The 18k gold filled chain tarnished on me the first day I used it so I believe it’s not truly 18k filled gold as there isn’t an authentication mark either. Next red flag is they never accept returns. The piece hold the pendant on to the is cheap and the pendant falls off a lot. They market it to make it sound like you’re getting authentic, vintage, tarnish free, designer pieces. You are not. You’re getting replica pieces. I emailed to tell them about the tarnishing. The necklace made my whole neck and chest green. They sent back a unprofessional email stating the owner has never had a problem before and so there’s nothing they could do. I lost 130$USD for the necklace + 80$CND duties and taxes for a fake necklace that turns my neck green and falls a part a lot. I saw them on TikTok and this makes me not want to support small businesses on there. It’s also a red flag there’s no business address and no information on the “owner” of the business.
