I was going to stay at their establishment, but at this location their hallways and rooms REEK and strangle the life outta me and my family. I was toured 3 rooms by the person on duty, a redhead smoker with glasses caucasian female, and the rooms they all STANK like dead dogs and wet cats and mold! Upon attempting to return the key cards and get a refund - TO WHICH THE STAFF AGREED TO DO - the lady on duty at the desk decided to vanish and not interact with me so she could passively deny my refund, while watching me in her office on the cameras to make sure I gave up and and left, hoping I would fofeit my $438 refund, which I did not leave nor forfeit.

Redhead with glasses worker who attempted to steal my money after verbally agreeing to a refund in the method listed above is a scam artist. I had to call my credit card in that lobby to cancel the payment, after I had waited quite some time showing the camera the key cards she forgot to take back and after placing several phone calls and even ringing the service bell plenty. Make sure you take heed to this, as the building is not fit to be stayed in or inhabited by any guests, and it is in need of being FULLU CLOSED until repairs and remodel and STENCH are remedied, and that theif fired. I was not at all asked to leave, please know that, nor was I instructed to leave. It is seriously aggravating and outright crooked that I traveled just to have someone attempt the deeds of a highwayman bandit on me. Please crack down on that place.
