I was attempting to buy a Newfoundland Puppy, from a website - https://qualitynewfoundland.com/available-puppies/. I was speaking with Nehhaji Butler and he sent me a bill of sale/sales contract to sign and send back with my address and phone number on the document for $650.00. He asked for me to send $399.00 by Zell and then he would meet me halfway from Ohio - Maryland and I would pick up my puppy and pay the remaining balance of $251.00. I performed a google photo match of the puppy and it came back to a different website https://calmnewfoundland.com/available-puppies/ Upon further review, the websites are identical even selling the same puppies with different names and prices.

My parents were purchasing a puppy from what seemed to be a reputable breeder. They sent a $400 deposit via Zelle on Tuesday July 4th and were scheduled to meet the breeder half way to Ohio this morning, July 6th. They were 1 hour into their trip and they received a text from the breeder that he was not going to be able to make it because his wife was in a car accident. They told the breeder that they did not mind driving the whole way and he provided them with the address. Then he messaged a few minutes later and told them that he had a doctors appointment and he would have the puppy shipped. They drove back home and received an email from a shipping company asking for $2,500 for some special shipping crate to fly the puppy because it needed to be heated (FYI it is 90 degrees outside) They tride to reach the breeder again and he is no longer answering them.
