Roofing Scam! Was contacted by a person stating he is Nelson Gray working for Quality Roofing. He wouldn't give me specific address, said Quality Roofing is in many cities. He offered free roof inspection that is somehow related to my insurance company and also said a $10,000 grant will be give by the state of Florida. I told him multiple times that what he is doing is illegal.
