"Hazel" left a vm message: "Hi! This is Hazel calling from Quality Solutions. We have a fantastic hardship program for you. Please call me back at 877-730-7269. I look forward to speaking with you! Have a Blessed day!" Call came from 949-342-8323. Unsolicited call, and I'm on the do not call list!!!

I have received 2 unsolicited, annoying calls from this number. They don't identify themselves when they call, they only say they are calling about my "hardship" debt, they can help. When you call them back, it takes a while before a live person picks up. The first time, a male told me I reached "Quality Solutions" and hung up on me as soon as I asked where they were located. The second time I called back I got a female on the line who said they can help me with my debt. I told her I didn't have any debt! She promptly hung up on me. I called back, got a male and explained I had been disconnected. He answered the phone a little differently - "Quality 1 Solutions." He also hung up on me when I told him I was on the do not call list. Very rude and unprofessional. Shame on them.

I received an unsolicited phone call this afternoon on my cell phone. I did not answer it. Caller ID said "949-342-8323, Laguna Beach, CA." A female (young, friendly voice but sounded inexperienced and casual rather than professional) left a message as if she was reading a script, saying, "Hi this is Hazel with Quality Solutions calling about your recent inquiry. You have pre-qualified for the hardship program. Please call me back at 877-730-7269." I'm on the Do Not Call list!
