I called and asked for info, all they would say is that they were the attorney office for mediation, and when I asked for whom is taking me to court and info on them, all they would tell me is that it's for card ending in 8640 in the amount of 4600. So I asked how to stop this and settle, she asked what amount could I offer, I said 3000. She was pushy saying she has a meeting to get to (which was bs, because it was way after 5pm) and attorneys don't work that late. She then put me on hold for awhile why she said she would contact attorney to see if my offer was accepted. She comes back and says yes the company will accept. She asked for my number, email & bank info, and I asked if before I do anything if this was a scam. She got very pushy and nasty and avoided my question on this. She started to tell me that I was not serious and would take the offer off the table. Now I'm really getting suspicious. I also told her I would not pay anything until I get the Docu Sign papers she spoke of and continued to tell me I was not serious. THIS WAS A SCAM
