The seller is Qubus. The order was placed in December 2022. The product was never delivered. After 6 months of waiting, a refund was requested and was never delivered. The customer service team is non-responsive for several months at a time. They are taking money from customers with their website and never shipping a product or providing a refund.

People have been waiting over a year for this product and there has been no attempt to let people know they have to wait months for this product. The email they give, nobody answers it. The only way to reach them is through discord and they stopped responding there as well. I am constantly being told it will ship next week. I feel like they are just scamming people my order has been placed for months
