My computer went to a screen and stated my computer was corrupted. There was a number to call which I did. Albert Smith was the technician. He dialed into my computer and stated he fixed the problem. Demanded a check be sent return receipt. My spouse went to post office to mail check return receipt EJ867701894US. A couple days later I had an issue and I called them back. Albert told me he did not receive my check despite the return receipt. He wanted to view my bank statement. I could not find the payment at the moment but I did find it and I called him back. He wanted me to send my bank statement to him. I refused. My husband then got on the phone and Albert then dialed into my computer and shut everything off. Needless to say I unplugged this computer and got a new one and had to hire a person to come to my home. So now additional cost added. I keep calling to demand a refund. My phone number is now blocked. He on one occasion said he worked for google then said he worked for microsoft. I am an older adult and not well. This has been quite an embarrasment. I see this company has another complaint on your website with same circumstances.
