I am writing to report and recover a charge of $48.99 to my credit/debit card account on 4/12/2023. The charge was paid to a company I did not recognize as the website I made a purchase on. I discovered the website was most likely fraudulent. The phone number on my pending charges list turned out to be non-existent when I tried to call to ask why I did not have an email confirmation. I did have an email stating that my $48.99 was paid to "Chase Integrated Payments powered by WePay

You’ve made a $48.99 payment to quest international limousine 2 INC." This charge will appear on your statement as “WPY*quest internationa” (reference) WP-2768342244-U I Googled the Quest International Limosine 2 Inc company and even called a number, but a foreign person denied any connections. I immediately contacted the FTC and WePay. The website I shopped on looked so normal, so I never did a company look-up. I ordered a KitchenAid glass bowl.
