If I could not give any stars, I would. Upon cancelling policy, the company employee told me how to write and email to her confirming we cancelled. Because it was written the way she told me, it was denied, and they continued to bill me. Now will not refund me due to this. No help given AT ALL upon calling them. No complaints option. No request for refund. Highly unsatisfying company. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend this [censored]y if you wanna call it a business. I call it thieves.

This company is a complete scam. They use pushy sales tactics & charge your card randomly when payments are not due. I originally prepaid 5k for 1 years worth of a higher coverage plan, a couple months in they changed me to a different insurance company, refused to refund me my months of prepaid, unused coverage from the first policy and attempted multiple unauthorized charges on my card. I tried to go to my doctors for months and they kept telling me my insurance was inactive, when I would call the insurance company they would tell me it’s active and I have a lower coverage plan with the new company they put me with. I checked recently in my insurance portal and now it says I have no insurance at all. If you care about your health & money do not ever associate with these terrible immoral people/company. They caused me great mental and physical suffering and they need to be reported, justice needs to be served. They stole over 4k from me and still have not returned it.

I signed up for a health insurance policy that was solicited by phone. I immediately called to cancel. I got nothing but voicemails and e-mails stating the address doesn’t exist. I was scammed. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a fraud complaint.
