I started my computer and all of a sudden a blaring horn came on and my computer was locked. Screaming you are in trouble dont touch the computer. Showed microsoft with a number to call in order to stop the blaring. I called and the next thing this company came on to fix my computer. In order to make a long story shorter they showed me how in trouble I was with all the hackers able to get to everything of personal nature including banking. Tihey would fix it all for 499.00. Of course when I panicked I paid it. Today I spoke to Microsoft and found it to be a scam of course. Can't even find the company on line. Not by that name. They prey on the elderly and I sure hope my fixed income payment will make them feel good. Disgusting people
