I have been contacted by Quicken Loans Inc on several occasions. After the first letter, I called the number provided because at one time I had my mortgage with Quicken Loans. After calling the number, two things happened: one "they" tried to "sell" me a home monitoring device through Medicare. After informing them I didn't want it they told me I had to take the offer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the CSR hung up on me. I immediately called my current mortgage holder, Rocket Mtg. who told me this was a scam and to ignore the letter. Done. But now I have received another somewhat threating letter.
