I tried several times to call them to get more information, but I could never get through to them. So I tried to email them. I wanted to talk to them as I understood the cost was supposed to be half of what I was charged. I was charged approximately $70 and I thought these two basketballs would be around $40. I finally tried to cancel the order because I couldn't get answers to my questions. QB never acknowledged my cancelation request. The two basketballs arrived without hoop in early January. I didn't open the package as I wanted to return them. Then there were more issues in trying to return them. Since they never would reply directly, I was getting uncomfortable with this company.
