I ordered a bedside clock that was also a gun safe. The money was taken out of my account. After a few weeks, I got an email that said item was delivered. I emailed them and told them I didn't receive it. They kept telling me to check with the post office. I did and explained that to them. They kept telling me to "be patient" that it would get delivered. They finally said it was returned and they would ship it again. This went on and on with them telling me to be patient that it was en route so they would not refund the money. I finally told them that I would give them until the end of the that month would would have been 5 months since I placed the order. They said they would refund if I had not received it by then. That was date would have been August 30th. I have emailed every day since then and they will not respond to me any more.
