This business did not come up when I searched for it on your website. I was hooked on a great membership deal and under the impression I can sign up and cancel later. I only used their service once, and then got my debit card charged twice, I called this business and never got anyone to answer. I eventually got in contact through a texting concierge service. I explained and they told me they have a company policy to not issue refunds. They conveniently left that part out when I gave them my information. I have only used their service once and they have charged me twice since then. I looked at their reviews on Google and I am not the first this has happened to.
