I did not read the above review, should have! I purchased 2 sets of patterns, because the 1st check out said "sorry to see you go", thought it didn't go through. Ordered a 2nd set, both ordered on 12/31/21. I have sent 2 emails requesting information on my order. I don't mind waiting if something has happened. However, I can not get any response at all. I paid 26.00 2x, for a total of $52.00. I have faith this is not a scam, but my faith is fading as I can not get even a response to what has happened with my order.

My name is ******* ******. I was looking for patterns to make welding caps. It was an idea of my for this Christmas for the husband. Found this website: blueroseweb.com with 4 & 6 panel caps. I went ahead and clicked on the downloadable PDFs for all patterns. Paid the 24.00 and said it would be delivered to my physical address well I had just paid for it so it is too late now to go back. So I looked for almost a whole day to find some kind of contact there really is non. One way of contacting them is by email. [email protected] sent three emails confirming to transaction I just want what I paid for and someone to contact me. I had no contact back so now I am making a complaint.
