I ordered a duvet cover set for my son’s birthday on 4/20. They also provided me with fake tracking information that does not work. Yes, their website has now disappeared. This “Anthony” fellow from customer service had emailed me several times In response to my complaints and questions, demanding either my product or a refund, he has one excuse after another. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and will also be reporting them to Consumer Affairs and the BBB.

On april 19, 2020 i place an order through them and got my confirmation right away but as the time went by i started to wonder what happen to it. I texted them and they always answer but the las 2 time they havent answer and i never got my order either.

I had been emailing back and forth with the seller since purchase date of April 15th. The seller will not provide a tracking number or who is shipping it. I am going to be reaching out to Fed Ex today. They should be able to trace the account that the label was created from to see who it belongs to. I was originally provided with a USPS tracking number then a Fed Ex number. I don't know if Fed Ex can release any kind of information to me but if they are contacted by law enforcement they may be able to get it.

I ordered an Alice in Wonderland quilt in mid April and was provided with a fake tracking number and then told I would not see any information on this tracking number because usps has to "check and clarify" the package. I reached out to usps and was told that information is not true! Filed a claim with PayPal and was informed yesterday that they now were provided with a Fed ex tracking number. Checked the status on that and it shows a label was created on 4/24 but has not been shipped. I've emailed this company 12 times! The address that was provided on their website before they took it down belonged to a newly built house in a development that was for sale. This company is a complete and total scam! I pray I can get my money back.

I told them that I was done hearing their excuses. That I wanted my money back. I told them the police and FBI will get involved and trace the fake address they used AND can also trace the Fed Ex account which the label was created. I was a manager for UPS for 6 years. Although we are a little different from Fed Ex most of our ways were still similar. Fed Ex will be able to see which account created the label and who it belongs to.

This company advertises on Facebook as a Sponsored Company. It advertises Custom quilts. The site gives you FAKE tracking information and will send emails with fake updates and incomplete tracking information. I’ve called the post office in Ohio where they stated my packages were shipped to and the post office CONFIRMED that the tracking number was non existent. I am now trying to recover over $330
