I ordered some asics shoes for 71.00 dollars and I received a confirmation of order on it through my email address. When I went to website to try to log in with my email address it said that it didn't exist but how did they send me order confirmation? Its been almost 10 business days since my order and I haven't received a tracking number or a response from website when I sent a message.

One of our customers ordered Spring Step shoes on this site and she received a package weeks later and it was a fake pair of Nike sneakers. The package arrived from China. The site has no phone number and you can message the company but they do not answer. The customer would like her money back from the company because her bank will not assist her. She will call you directly but we would like to report this fraudulent site.
