I purchased a generator through ebay from this company Quitegood based out of New Jersey. I paid this vendor via paypal and the item shows that it was shipping to my door at ** ***** ** *** ******* **. The item showed as being shipped for many days. Then one day it showed as being delivered to a ******* *** Business via Fedex 4 days sooner. I wrote the Company and they said it was shipped and the problem was with Fedex. I called Fedex and asked them where my package was and Fedex asked me to let them know what address the package was sent to? I told them that I did not know since OI never received it. Fedex responded that they could not help me since I did not know the location of delivery. I have documents showing They dropped it off at a business and that someone named ***** signed for it. It also shows the p[ackage weight as being 1 pound when the Generator weighs more than that. So now I am out $372.23 and ended up having to buy another one though ******* ******, which I did receive.I just dont know how they can close my case when the package was not delivered to my house as my ebay shows. And how they can deliver to somewhere else and the package delivered weighed only 1 pound? I think that this company had Fedex deliver something weighing 1 pound to a business and never intended on delivering to me?
