I placed an online order with Quixotic Polish on 9/27/21. I was pleased to receive a shipping notification the next day! However weeks went by and it never arrived and the tracking number still says "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility." Multiple emails to the company went unanswered.

When I joined the company's FB group to look for more answers I found dozen of other people in the same situation. I am initiating a chargeback but unsure if it will go through as I might have waited too long.

In the meantime, the website is still active and is open for taking more orders. The deceptive shipping notice is what really upsets me here, this was a clear scam to take people's money with no intention of delivering the product. Mary Mouroulis of Glendora, CA is the owner of Quixotic Polish.
