I was told that I needed to switch to an online program that would provide the same service. we had an appointment the next day to transfer the information. The representative never showed up. I called and emailed and no response. I reached out and 30 days later finally got someone who, after 3 hours on the phone told me that the program was not the same and it would cost me 3 times what was charged. I told them that I could not afford that and to cancel it. I was told they would do that for a full refund. I followed up only to find out that the representative NEVER cancelled the program and I am not entitled to a refund . I have spent hours o the phone with the company and they are not willing to refund me despite my efforts and documentation. it is a complete scam. The program that I had was NOT cancelled and is still in existence . The representative from Quickbooks misrepresented themselves and charged me for something I did not have to shared for.
