I thought I was ordering from QVC outlet. QVC has nothing to do with this place. I paid for the merchandise with a credit card. They sent me a tracking number which I used to track the package. Turns out they sent it from China and they sent it to VA not PA. When contacted about their mistake they will not refund my full amount. They want to only refund me 35% of my payment. They will not send me the information I keep asking for.
