Thought I was purchasing through QVC, tracking kept coming up, then yesterday says delivered. Nothing has been delivered to my home. Added my order but took out my information!

I purchased a pair of shoes that were advertised as Clark's from QVC. About a week later, I received a shipment tracking number, which was bogus. The shoes weren't made and were backordered. Once I discovered this was a scam from a company called Komorebii, I tried to cancel the order, but then they were on the Ocean. Once they arrived, the were not Clark's and were awful looking - no brand name listed, no size - made of vinyl and felt. After going back and forth, I finally got my refund, minus the shipping. Also, about a week after I submitted this order, my account was hacked. I am not 100% sure it was from this purchase, but the timing was suspicious. I just am trying to prevent this from happening to someone else. Thank you.
