I saw an online advertisement on Facebook and ordered a suitcase through the website. I got a confirmation email a d everything. The money was taken. Out of my account through a "swoosh" transfer and even charged me an international fee. I tried to use the tracking number provided, and it didn't work. I tried to contact customer service. There's only an email -not phone number. I still have not received my product even after emailing them.
