I ordered a product during its shipment and emailed the company of the wrong item and wanted another product instead . Once received I took a picture just as company requested of the unopened package but the company insisted that I open the product and take a picture of it which I did. Now they have to issue a shipping label but warn that can not guarantee the will get to them even if they make a shipping label. They only want give $30.00 instead of the whole $360.00. Their of returns even if the package is not open is a scam.
