Purchased a treadmill. Qvsmall said the treadmill was on clearance and the website appeared as though it was being shipped by QVC. Qvsmall was a scrolling advertisement but they also have their own website. I received tracking information that it was beginning to be shipped from China on 12/9/2024. After 20days it said the item had been delivered on 1/6/2025. I didn't receive the item. I searched using the tracking number with FedEx ex, USPS and UPS all sites said the tracking number was invalid. I tried to send an email (that I thought might work) and it came back as undeliverable. There was no customer phone number provided. You have the option to fill out a customer follow up if there is an issue but you have to attach the tracking information you received and it wasn't in the correct format. The purchase total was around $45.00
