I cancelled service because they emailed saying they are failing to deliver. after months of going back and forth, I finally received an email saying this:

Hi Nina,

We understand your concern regarding the pending refund, and we appreciate your patience as we resolve this matter.

After reviewing your order, we found that it was processed through our previous payment processor since we no longer have access to that system, we are currently unable to issue a refund directly.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during our transition period. The best course of action to obtain your refund is to contact your credit card company directly about the charges.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to assist you.

I purchased weight loss medicine and they charged me without sending any products in may and I have contacted support over 20 times and they won’t respond or refund me and just charged me again July 4th

Weight loss medication subscription - was never delivered. I requested at least 200 times for the subscription to be cancelled as I've rec'd nothing since February. They continue to charge my card for nothing. The social media page is filled with stories just like mine. I've now cancelled my card and requested a new one to get away from these crooks. In 60 years on this planet I've never seen any company more disreputable than QYRAL. They need to be SHUT DOWN FOR EVER.

I started using Qyral on March 31st. It is an online company that assigns you a doctor in your state and prescribes medicine like semaglutide. My issues began when I realized I couldn't change my shipping address through their website. Knowing that my recurring payment and shipment were coming up, I sent them an urgent email on May 25th to update my address.

Five days later, I noticed I could no longer contact my doctor through the website or access the information and instructions they had provided through the chat feature. Concerned, I emailed Qyral again on June 1st, asking why this important feature was no longer available. That same day, I also sent another email inquiring about the status of my shipping address update, as I had not received any confirmation or response.

On June 5th, still having heard nothing, I sent another follow-up email about both issues. Despite these efforts, I received no response.

Today, June 11th, after waiting for an astounding 20 days, I replied to my original May 25th email. I informed them I was canceling my prescription due to their lack of response and support. I mentioned that I would be contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback since I felt this situation had become a scam. I pointed out that I couldn't talk to my doctor, change my address, or cancel my subscription. I made it clear that their lack of communication was beyond unprofessional and seemed illegal, and I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
