A male produced flyer saying he was with "R and Y Tree Service". Offered to cut low hanging branches for $40 and offered to fix leaks around chimney for unspecified fee. After 30 min advised work was completed and charged $348. Homeowner later got on roof and found no work had been completed. Number on flier of 1-866-819-2333 is not a working number.
