Company by the name of R Williams Residential & Commercial Asphalt Services 315-418-0465 solicited my neighbor to repave his driveway. I saw the work being done, inquired about a price for my driveway. The price was fair, but several weeks after the job was completed (July 29, 2015) defects began to appear in the asphalt. Today, May 5,2016 several spots are heaving and plant matter is growing up through the defects in the asphalt. Attempt to contact the contractor failed. The phone number printed on the invoice is disconnected.
