Definitely a Scam

I received the same email. The website the scammer refers you to is full of stock photos and no phone numbers. Rachal Solway doesn't have a phone number or a linkedin profile, which is impossible for a seasoned recruiter. Website wants you to pay $17 for a resume plain text conversion.

Similar email experience : the scammer indicated a great job opportunity matching my experience. They asked me to email my resume, which I did. Then I received the following response: "Your experience is aligned with the role, but your resume is not ATS-friendly. Kindly adapt your resume to be ATS-friendly as I need it asap. For creating an ATS friendly resume, please visit https://advresats.com and send me your ats resume once the recommended website has completed it.

For now, precise details about the role and our client are under wraps due to confidentiality protocols. Once we align our schedules, I'll shed more light on this. I'll review my calendar and circle back with potential timelines for our continued discussion."

I researched the company and the website and saw others had reported very similar scam emails
