Type of a scam Online Purchase
Just wanted to report an online pet scam.
The site is called Rachelpugpuppies.com.
My wife was scammed online while trying to purchase a pug puppy the were advertising for sale for 600$.
They then asked for an additional 150$ In shipping.
They said they would ship the next day with all paperwork after sending a Zelle payment to them. The phone number they were using to text was 908-443-7604.
She sent the payment and got an email with shipping info the next day.
The next email following that was saying they needed an additional 1500$ for insurance.
I told her stop immediately this is a scam.
