Scammer sent email claiming I subscribed to an antivirus program and that I was up for renewal. When I called to say I never signed up, he (in an ****** accent) first asked for an id or order number. Then he claimed I signed up for one ear ago and that my one year free trial was ending. This is impossible because my husband and I were living in S. Africa.

He then became more aggressive saying I made an error and tried to get me to go on my computer. I refused and told him I would be reporting him to the BBB.
