I purchased some earbuds for $9.99 & within a few weeks I was billed an additional $109.88. The earbuds were defective from the start. I contacted the company & they refused to return my money. I believe this company is a scam company because any legitimate company would have made things right & returned the money. I even offered to send the earbuds & they said I still would not be refunded for their defective product.
