Instagram sponsored ad showcased affordable apparel for women. A purchase was made and has been pending for 90 days. Multiple emails have been sent but only one response was given, saying that the credit card would be refunded within 5 business days, approximately 20 business days ago. No refund has been issued. No product has been delivered.
