I purchased craft vinyl for iron on shirts from this company on 7/7/18 and never received my order. I emailed them at the only email provided on their website and I haven't gotten any response back yet. They only have an email as a way to contact them. I saw their ads repeatedly on Facebook so I decided to place and order. They got paid immediately out of my account but I never received my order.

This company has been running Facebook ads with sales on vinyl. I placed an order, not knowing they were a new company. After a few days I went to check my order status and noticed it said “unfulfilled.” I went to their Facebook page and send a message politely asking what that meant and when I could expect my order to ship. I received an auto response that they would get back with me. I waited all day and heard nothing. In the meantime I saw a fellow crafter post in one of my Facebook groups asking about this company and if anyone had ordered from them. I read a LOT comments from people who had been waiting for the orders even though it says 3-5 business days on their website. People were warning not ordeabout from them, that they take your money and don’t send your items. One person posted that the person who responds to the messages said mean things to her and treated her terribly. I became worried about my order so I sent another message late that evening and he responded right away. He told me shipping is 3-5 business days. I replied saying you t had already been 3-5 business days as of Friday, and it was now Sunday. He replied back that it would ship on Monday. I asked if I would get a shipping notification and he said yes. Monday came and no email so that afternoon I messaged him again asking to confirm that my order had shipped. I received no response. I sent another message the following day, no response. I continued to be polite, but he blocked me from messaging him. I posted on his Facebook page and he deleted my comment as well as any other comments people made asking about their order or that wasn’t favorable towards his business. He then blocked me from posting on his page. I started to do more research and found lots of people in the same situation as me. They shipped his sales, gave him their money, and no order ships and communication. Others have been blocked and many people have said he says awful things over Facebook message. Several people posted screenshots in my group of their communication with him and he is spinning different stories depending on who he is talking to. He told several people they are slammed with orders and very few behind, so that is why it is taking so long and that he’s too busy filling orders to answer people’s messages (yet he has time to block people and delete their comments). Then he told another person that he doesn’t know where they heard they are behind on orders from June and that they are filling orders from early July. There are also a lot of people who are claiming that the guy who rinse Radiant Vinyl is the same guy who owned Southern Style Design Bar (SSDB). I don’t know for sure that it is, but in my gut I think it is. He is doing the same things SSDB did, treating people horribly, and not sending out orders. This other company has hundreds of complaints about their business practices. There are a lot of similarities between the two. Something needs to be done so that someone like him can it rip people off and run a business the way he is.
