They were under the name Zen Craft for about a year. They promised full event services, like catering, designing, and floral. They included a DJ, videographer, and photographer in our package deal and it was a really great deal. We paid upfront with credit card (yes, a mistake). They kept promising and postponing things that we wanted done, and finally were unable to pay any of our vendors, including our venue. When our venue cancelled on them for nonpayment, they cancelled on us and refused to provide any services. We were left scrambling to put together a wedding in exactly one week. The owner took everything personally and would blow up at us whenever we put pressure for things to get done. It was a terrible and stressful experience that no one deserves while planning a wedding.
