On February 16th 2024 I placed an order for vitamins. Weeks after I got my order confirmation and did not get the product I reached out to their customer service. Like many other customers I have come to find out….. we are placing an order through the website, not receiving products, then being unable to reach the company to address concerns. I have not received my products or heard back from the company after many attempts and it has been 3 months.
