Website offers purebred kittens. You send money but website/scammer never contacts you again. Clearly kittens don’t exist.

The website says their kittens are TICA registered for Pennsylvania. After checking the website, they are not one of the 4 listed. They have no social media and they have multiple spelling errors. They attempted to get my father to use an insecure payment method after PayPal would not process the payment. They’re advertised through google searched that they’re “50% off.” They have no previous pictures of prior litters or parents. They offer to one picture of each kitten with text over the picture.
