April 8th, I ordered three items from this website that was the total amount of $81. They were quick to charge my card and told me it would take 2 weeks to receive my purchase. After 3 weeks I contacted the seller and asked where my items were. They replied and said they were running behind on orders and it may take a couple more weeks. After a couple weeks went by I contacted the seller again asking for my items. The seller stated they apologize and are working as quickly as they can, I asked for a refund and was denied one. This was the last time I had heard from an employee at this company. The last 2 months I have contacted the seller by phone and email every single day asking for my money back. I have had no idea in 2 months and they obviously have no intention in returning my money. Below I have attached the emails of me discussing this matter with an employee. In this email this was the last time I have heard from someone. Like I said I have sent an email and have called and left a voicemail EVERY SINGLE day since this conversation. And have not heard a word back from them.
