bought round trip ticket from Budapest to Vienna and never got ticket. company does not have phone number. link to chat does not work.

This company has tons of bad reviews. Google is responsible for this because Google only cares about making money, not about protecting consumers. This company, RainNinja has a lot of bad reviews on trip advisor for not sending tickets or sending tickets that don't work. Google allows them to show up as one of first vendors in a search only because they pay Google. Google does not care about the consumer nor does google, have a way to call them or email them about reporting this fraudulent merchant
