They do not even deserve a 1 star
They do not even deserve a 1 star! It took over 2 months to receive my order and that was only AFTER I continued to contact them over and over (which you only get an email to address them and then they send you elsewhere). Then once the products arrive they were no where near correct. Sizes all wrong and the twisted rope cross necklace I order came as a cubic zirconia diamond necklace with a chain for a child! When I emailed them the confirmation picture of the product I actually ordered verses what I received they still claim that it is correct. Then offered to give me $3 to compensate me. As if! RECOMMEND NO-ONE ORDER FROM THEM! Not only very poor products and materials used but you do not receive what you order and their customer service argues back even when you have PICTURE PROOF!

The shirt they sent me was nothing like the one in the picture. Different texture, different stitching, it didn't hang like the one in the picture and so was obviously different material than the picture. No chance it is the same material. This is totally false advertising. When I asked to return it they said no! They didn't care about my opinion on it or that I didn't like it. I asked for the return less than 2 weeks of receiving it. ALSO my daughter and I both wrote reviews and they took them down. This is a scam site and they are using religion to do it.

I placed order, items are way too large, company does not carry smaller sizes. They keep telling me they will give me 5$ ona 134.00 order and i can sell the cloths. I keep telling them iWANT TO RETURN THEM & I will pay shipping, they keep repeating the same thing “ i should sell them” this is horrible!

Two months ago I made a purchase for 76.00 for 3 items. They told me to text less and they refused to talk to me. They told me my issues is not resolved

I bought three shirts and when they showed up late they were the wrong shirts! Cheap, nothing like the pictures and wrong colors.cheap material and very low quality! Do not buy from this company! The shirts looked like they were made inside out! Very thin cheap material and I lost a hundred dollars! All three shirts were worth 5 dollars! Total scam!

Rainbowclaw .com is a scam! I ordered two shirts from them and the only thing that halfway resembled the product was the wording on the shirt. I contacted the company multiple times for a refund. They said they sent the correct product and this was their resolution:

1.Is it possible for you to try using or can you give or resell it to some friend who

may need it.

2.Could we refund you 3USD and you keep

this item?

I paid $48 for these shirts!! The material and type are nothing like what was advertised. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
