During the most Vulnerable time in my life I trust this organization my family trusted this organization to assist us with getting back on our feet it was nothing as describe on the website resources are given to selected few including staff whole residents are in need.once you state your concern s your looked at as negative and you are pushed out in different manners some just kicked out the program some get transferred to other organizations like pathways this isn't the healing experience expected they don't have employment services hear they are winging it the credit counselor never has a clue mean while all your personal info is being flashed across the net and phone for a place to stay you can say a word just have to go with it you loss your voice hear meaning you can speak if you want help if u have a job you have to make meeting not all are beneficial sometime you are expected to leave work to color watch movies etc if you call and say you have to work oone will work with you so now u have your job being put In jeopardy rather then them work with you as the website states meanwhile other ppl get to miss meeting I just don't get why this place is run like this the residents shouldn't have to go threw this.the counselor s need to have training on how to deal with people starting over going threw etc they need alil grace not ppl talkin crap about them and pulling them in whatever direction you can just because you feel you could. Not all of these meeting s are meaningful and we most definitely shouldn't have to miss work because of someone ego then when they feel like it they allow you to miss it's just a mess hear and the exit is disgusting of your money they give you what they want won't help when the website states they well had to use all my savings plus some they kept 100 added more charge when you leave they suppose to help you they have all financial services and donors it's no reason for them to send us on a wild goose chase for help when it's right hear but that what happen when you advocate

For yourself to ppl that don't care.
