I was ordering a gun for my husband. When our local gun shop could not get it I went back to where my husband had taken the original picture online. I received a screenshot as a reference from my husband, so I would know what to get. Thinking he had done all his vetting, which he normally does but he obviously had not in this case, I went to order the gun on the website. The order could not be placed with a personal debit/credit card a “Vanilla Giftcard” had to be purchased to complete the order. Basically, they tell you on the website that if you process with a personal card the transaction will not go through. I Purchased a gift card and completed my purchase. The order processed and I was able to create a login and password. I can see my order processed on their website, but never received a confirmation email. I sent an email asking for one, no response. Called the 24/7 customer service number, no longer in service. At this point, I have resolved to the fact that is was a scan and there will be no product and definitely no way to dispute the purchase other than reporting as a scam here as the purchase was made with a gift card.
