When I first ordered the trial serum, I was tricked into accepting the cream also. Many other products were offered too but no way to exit so I just shut the website down. Received my serum plus the cream that I didn't want but paid for. This was March 23, 2023. On September 20, 2023, I received a phone call telling me they have been holding my monthly shipments which they will release unless I pay in excess of $300 for the two trial products I received. If I didn't pay the money requested immediately they would release all the past shipments which they were holding and I would have to pay for all of them. I hung up and cancelled my credit card in order to stop them. Since they have my card on file, I saw no other way to stop them from going forward with their scam.

I have had the exact same experience. Exact. To add to the shadiness, they called me from a local are code, when he was obviously not in Colorado. Any company that has to fake their phone number isn't real.
