I went to address turned out to be a residence house, The person that answer spoke no English (wrong place?). I do not own a cell phone so I used a phone at another motel to call the contact phone # 929 264-9486 the person that picked up sounded way in the distance, I said and kept saying hello then was hung up on. Called back and got the same thing. It was getting late, so I booked a room. when I returned from my trip I contacted Booking.Com they were told by owner that I had been giving instructions on how to access the House(???) under impression it was a Inn as in the name Ram Comfort INN. Received no such information also said I wanted a late check in NOT TRUE. The only information I was given was phone # and address. So in this case I am wrong owner is right. That is what I
