The owner of this business Mr RANA tried to contact me through WhatsApp and ask me to apply for LMI through their agency to come to Canada. I asked about my spouse and kid, he said that we can apply for them after three months, to which I just raised a query that there are a lot in my references who applied for LMI and go together with their family. But he tries to mock me and laugh and make fun of me and use abusive words in return instead to solve the query of his customer. Therefore, it arouses a trust issue for me about this company. As he tries to make fool of innocents girls make them separate from their family and make wrong use of them and their money. He is just a single owner of his company I guess as there is no other staff to be contacted. I request you to please report this business as they don't have manners to deal with customers and no sense of customer service. On a professional note, they use such abusive language with customers that disturb someone mental health. I have attached one of the examples of his abusive language screenshot along with this email.
