I am registered with BBB. I received a message from ScamPulse.com stating that "A consumer has messaged you from you Business Profile." I was previously contacted by the same individual with an identical pitch, copied below. I corresponded with the scammer the first time and determined that this is a fake check scam.

Dear I am writing to inquire if your firm can provide services for escrow relative to purchase and closing. I am purchasing 5 2013 CAT 14M MOTOR GRADER and the purchase agreement requires Escrow Services or an attorney holding funds in trust, I want to know if you can provide these services and be the closing agent for this purchase. Let me know if this is your area of practice and I will send you the purchase agreement and the escrow instruction for your review. If not a recommendation from you would be highly appreciated. If not please I would appreciate referral. Regards, Randall S Olson
