Scammer's email RANDELL KILBREATH" [email protected]
Type of a scam Rental
Scammer directly copies information for a home listed for sale by Realtor. Duplicates information on Criag's list with rent and deposit info and his contact info. Realtor reported to Craigslist and it was pulled but this scam has happened 4 times in last month for this home and once for another home listed for sale by this one Realtor. And Realtors can lose their license or be fined for bad actions.
Background:
The Victim targeted by the scammer felt something was off.
She visited the property again and this victim Called the Realtor listing the home (phone number on sign) asking if it was for rent as she had talked to the owner, Randell Kilbreath. The Realtor told her, it was his wife selling the home and he knew it was not for Rent.
People should know the Seller/Owner pays the Realtor fees - the Buyer or Renter doesn't save money cutting the Realtor out of the deal.
Check to verify the owner - you can check with the county appraiser - Wichita County - watx.com

I strongly advise you go by the address yourself (1234 Somewhere Ln, Wichita Falls, TX 76301) to view its exterior through window and surroundings. You will not be able to go inside of the house as I have the key with me.
What assurance are you giving me that once this house is been rented to you, you will take good care of the house? How many people will be living in the house?
